Spencer’s really great at engaging an audience and bringing us all together and actually making me laugh, which I always appreciated as a speaker. What I learned was the importance of not only embracing my strengths, but using the things that I’m not so great at to stretch myself to continue to grow, to build better relationships, both professionally and personally. So, that’s something we can all definitely use. And it was done in a humorous way where I could take it and own it and feel it. So, it’s just fabulous.

The audience was always interacting really great. What I really loved was that there was one exercise where he got us all laughing. We thought that there was going to be something really insightful there in that moment. I really, really enjoyed the humor and the banter, and you got everyone engaged. Spencer got everyone engaged and interacting with the audience.
