I am the COO of a mid-size professional services/consulting company. I was recently certified in PDP in an online certification led by Spencer Horn. I had already been working with Spencer for a few years. The PDP tools have been an invaluable help to our business so I wanted to learn more in order to be able to execute them in-house for our company and to offer the services to our clients.

The online certification was complete, clear and very effective.  I believe I now have the tools to achieve our objectives with PDP. Spencer, as always, did a great job!  Just as important is I have complete trust that Spencer will be there with support, help and advice with going forward.   I am looking forward to getting started!
