Spencer brought so much energy to the room. And it was just what our coaches needed to kick off this event this week. And I could just feel how excited they were.

The second thing is, the message was so powerful because coaches come in and they’re doing something new. And they really need to think out of the box and look at things in a different way. And there’s so much emphasis on strength and leveraging your strengths.

And this was just a completely new perspective on how strengths can turn into weaknesses or really get you into trouble. And I think it was very thought-provoking. And I loved the exercise at the end because being confident in these conversations with prospects is probably the biggest thing getting in the way of our coaches getting clients.

And this just opened up that whole conversation, that confidence and ideas of how to really make that happen in a really comfortable, conversational way. So it was awesome. Thank you so much.

I thought Spencer was just amazing, funny, honest, and unintimidating. It just brought the whole audience into the whole experience. And that, I think, just was a wonderful, wonderful thing. And I think there’s going to be a lot of conversation about this way beyond the end of the presentation.
