I have worked for my current employer for a little over a year now, Spencer has come to Palm Desert, CA to help our team to become united and overall a better team. I find it exciting and very helpful anytime we get a chance for Spencer to come and mentor us. His knowledge is very helpful and believe we can do great things because of Spencer, but mainly us having the tools to become a well rounded, productive, enthusiastic, great team.
