Spencer, On behalf of the NAVCO team, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for delivering such an insightful, humorous, and inspiring keynote presentation at our national kick-off meeting. Your deep knowledge, expertise, and passion on the topic of “Leading with Impact” were evident and left a lasting impression on all of us.
On a personal note, the impression/ impact that you left on me at the leadership retreat 15 years ago held true for all to see and experience this past week.
