Meeting with Spencer Horn from Altium leadership and having coaching sessions with him helped me better understand through practical conversations, being a leader is more than just knowing what the answer is. Being a leader is about empowering those who report to you to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. Not only did he have suggestions on how to become a better leader, he also gave the why behind the suggestions. Spencer’s insight in asking the right questions has prompted me to critically think about where, who, and how I want to be in the future both as a leader and as an individual.
